Every template on this page is complete and copy-paste ready — subject line, preheader, full body copy and call to action — with the reasoning behind each decision so you can adapt rather than clone. No signup, no download form.
Lifecycle templates
- Welcome email templates — five, covering newsletter, ecommerce, SaaS trial, double opt-in confirmation and a three-email series. The highest-engagement email you will ever send.
- Abandoned cart email templates — four, plus the sequence timing and why leading with a discount costs you margin.
- Re-engagement email templates — four win-back emails and the sunset policy that has to follow them.
Recurring templates
- Newsletter templates — five formats that are actually sustainable past issue ten: one-idea, curated roundup, product update, ecommerce and the plain-text letter.
Transactional templates
- Order confirmation email templates — order, shipping, digital receipt and post-delivery follow-up, plus the primary-purpose rule that decides whether an email is legally transactional.
How to use these well
Change the specifics, keep the structure. The order of sections in each template is doing more work than the wording. Reassurance before promotion in a receipt; confirmation before selling in a welcome; objections before discounts in cart recovery.
Replace every placeholder. Anything in double braces is a merge field or a decision you need to make. An email that ships with {{first_name}} unrendered is worse than one with no personalisation at all.
Write the preheader deliberately. Left blank, most clients pull the first line of your body — frequently “View in browser”. It is a second subject line. See email preview text.
Send from a person, not noreply. Replies are a positive engagement signal to mailbox providers, and noreply addresses suppress them by design.

Send these without an automation cap
Most of these templates are automations, and most platforms gate automations behind a mid-tier plan or cap how many you can run. Bluey Email includes automations from the free tier, puts marketing and transactional email on one bill, and charges on emails sent rather than contacts stored.
