Sender score

Sender score is a reputation rating from 0 to 100, published by Validity, that estimates the trustworthiness of a sending IP address — much like a credit score for email.

In depth

The score is calculated on a rolling 30-day window from signals such as complaint rates, spam-trap hits, bounce rates, blocklist appearances and volume consistency. Mailbox providers do not use the number directly, but it is a useful proxy for how your IP is likely to be treated. A score above roughly 80 generally correlates with good inbox placement; below 70 often means throttling or filtering.

You can check any IP for free at senderscore.org; a jump from 65 to 90 after cleaning your list typically coincides with a visible lift in inbox placement.
